- Bachelor or master degree in computer science, business administration, engineering or related field
- At least 10 years of overall IT management experience
- Track-record of successfully leading large IT set up or transformation and delivering IT systems and services (in particular fintech or banking field)
- Familiar with managing agile technology organizations
- Able to build up and consult both application development & infrastructure
- Excellent leadership skills including ability to lead by influencing across functions
- Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills
- Able to work under high pressure with a start-up spirit
- Ability to develop clear technology vision and strategy
- Ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences as well as adequately represent IT to both internal/external stakeholders
- Experience in Fintech or banking industries is a big plus
