1. Management of legal affairs: To provide comprehensive legal support for regional and city corporate projects; to set up legal affairs team to provide legal services; to evaluate and manage legal affairs.
2. Supporting investment work: To participate in major negotiations in the land acquisition stage; to write MOU, to control legal risks and propose the solution for the problems detected in the due diligence with the land owner through negotiation; to participate in contract negotiation; and provide comments and suggestion, due diligence abstract to the company for decision making
3. Contract management: To draft and review various contracts, and to formulate contract text for the company, including investment contracts, due diligence law firm contract filing, classified retention, log retrieval and other files; to participate in negotiation and conclusion of major contracts, to prepare cooperation agreement template;
4. Popularization and training: To develop the courses independently; to carry out legal knowledge publicity and legal training; to invite external lawyers to provide training on specific legal issues.
5. Litigation management: To transact arbitration and litigation cases for city corporation; to guide and supervise legal affairs; to establish litigation management system and management archives the company; and to carry out classification management for litigation cases.
6. Others: To complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in legal affairs etc.
2. At least 5-7 years of work experience in legal affairs, working in large real estate enterprises or working in law firms handling legal cases for real estate companies
3. Be familiar with the Vietnamese laws and regulations, especially ones related to real estate , and familiar with the whole process of real estate project development.
4. Professional skills: With strong judgment and decision-making ability, strong problem resolving skills, strong logical thinking, strong analysis ability, strong communication and coordination ability, influence, planning and execution ability, good legal-document writing ability; being proficient in office software.
5. General quality: Simple and practical (basic), result-oriented (basic), cultural adaptation (basic) and international perspective (basic). Have high sense of responsibility and professional dedication, good professional ethics and professional conduct, good leadership skill, team consciousness
6. Language: Fluent English. Candidates who can speak Chinese is preferable
