RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential duties and responsibilities:
• Act as single point of contact of cross-sector Supply Chain to Vietnam commercial organization in assigned geography. In collaboration with sector supply chain have end to end accountability for customer experience metrics, SG&A (S&S, customer transportation), COGS, quality & compliance, and Credo metrics within assigned geography
• Have direct responsibility for demand planning, customer collaboration, customer service, warehousing and transportation services for Consumer, MD and Pharma sectors within Vietnam. Collaborate and interface with respective supply chain functions within sectors such as Make, Source, Supply Planning, Project Management etc. and the regional team of One South East Asia Supply chain.
• Drive Supply Chain innovation and initiatives to support accelerated growth in Vietnam, with an eye towards prototyping broader Supply Chain solutions.
• Develop the strategic direction, planning, coordination and operational excellence for the Order to Cash processes within assigned geography. Drive warehousing and transportation network optimization analysis, and ensure implementation of key related initiatives.
• Develop simplified and harmonized Planning processes that support the Commercial organizational design while providing key demand signals upstream to the sector supply chains.
• In collaboration with commercial drive and develop superior customer collaboration capabilities and relationships which enhance business success/growth and reduce cost and complexity within the regional supply chain
• Leads and drive the talent agenda to strengthen the pipeline and critical capabilities, creating cross-sector talent and career pathways within Southeast Asia.
Other features of the job:
• Accountable for efficient & compliant operations of distribution and transportation activities
• Drive distribution and transportation network optimization analysis, and ensure implementation of key related initiatives
• Manage relationship with Third Party Logistics (3PL) providers for all distribution operations within designated geography
• Manage collaborative relationship between the commercial and Supply Chain organizations across companies in the geography
• Implement consistent and standard policies and processes that build growth and drive efficiency/cost savings for Company; seek and leverage synergies across CLS in region / geography
• Act as the Customer Champion and bring customer-specific and external perspectives into Company to explore opportunities for continuous improvement. Champion customer needs with other functional areas to satisfy customer requirements.

Requirements
15+ years end to end supply chain experience or multiple functions exposure. Experience working in a highly matrixed, global organization is critical for success. Multi-sector experience is preferred. Other skills required:
• Strategic thinking ability; always seeking areas for improvement to create growth, improve financial performance and gain global and competitive advantage
• Demonstrated skill in influencing and collaboration within and across organizations, globally and at all organizational levels
• Strong business acumen and understanding of the end to end supply chain

• Leadership skills and ability to build, motivate and retain effective teams
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• English speaking required, multi-language skills with Vietnamese are preferred
