I started my career in recruitment consultancy at Navigos Search after spending more than 4 years working as a project coordinator to successfully set up an office for a Japan Studies program in Vietnam.

- At least 10 years of experience in positions relating to analysis / finance / credit / marketing / banking finance.
- Prefer working experience related to Business Banking
- Have deep understand of strategy, model, business direction by segment / sub segment of Business Banking
- Understand the value identifying method for each segment / sub-segment and approaching method
- Understand the legal provisions in the field of finance / banking
- University degree in Economics / Finance / Banking / Marketing / Business Administration
