RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee on the day-to-day banking activities of the Branch with highest degree of efficiency, control, accuracy, and compliance to laws, regulations, internal policy, guidelines, and manuals;
• Manage and supervise on the operations, finance & accounting, credit processing, IT, administration, and management of the branch to ensure on the smooth daily operations;
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of overall operations including finance & accounting, administration, and IT. Review and recommend new methods and procedures to improve efficiency;
• Ensure that the Bank’s internal guidelines, policies, and operational procedures are observed by all staff when carrying out their assigned duties to minimize associated risks;
• Manage and supervise for all reporting to the SBV and Head Office that prepared and submitted by subordinates under functions controlled;
• Represent the Bank to the financial community, industry groups, key customers, representative of government and regulatory agencies and the public;
• Ensure all activities in banking operations comply with Anti-Money Laundering Act;
• Assist the General Director (GD) on other works assigned
• Perform the other tasks that assign by the Bank.

Requirements
• Bachelor/Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Finance, Banking, Economics, or related fields
• Minimum 15 years experiences in banking industry especially operational area, audit and control area, and financial control area.
• Multi – Tasking capability, results oriented, displays consistent performance, positive thinker with good attitude, and interpersonal skills.
• Possess a dynamic personality with strong interpersonal, problem solving, effective communication skills, and excellent management & leader skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai.
