RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for the overall management of all strategic and operational Sales and Marketing activities for Digital Banking Initiatives.
2. Take Accountability of establishing and managing the Sales and Marketing resource units of the business
3. Setting KPI targets for new business development across the digital sales units
4. Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the targeted growth
5. Forming strategic partnerships with other companies to leverage their existing networks.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and above in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing,...
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Banking and Finance, eCommerce or other similar fields in countries which have strong development of these fields.
- Experience in working with top management to align sales strategies and solutions
- Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of Digital banking business
- Excellent negotiation skills, proven track record of successfully pitching for new business
- Strong leadership skills
- Language requirements, English - fluent
- Preferred expats and Viet Kieu, background in Business development for eCommerce, OTT, Digital Banking
