RESPONSIBILITIES
He/she will work directly beneath the chief executive officer in the hierarchy of a manufacturing business. COOs deal with the day-to-day details of each department in the company including production, engineering, warehouse, logistics and maintenance. He acts as a liaison between department level managers and the top executive

Requirements
Local Vietnamese
Engineering educational background
5-10 years leading operations in a small/start up manufacturing environment. Experience in multinational companies is preferable.
Experience as Experienced Plant Manager, COO in a heavy manufacturing (mechanical, chemical... engineering) is a plus
5+ years leadership experience developing, mentoring, and leading a high performing team
Experience building and scaling a small or medium company
Experience with forecasting and budgeting
Experience in executing day-to-day operations and leading strategic initiatives
Advanced English
