RESPONSIBILITIES
Ứng viên phụ trách quản trị và phát triển mạng lưới cho ngân hàng, bao gồm các công việc như sau:
- Đưa ra kế hoạch và chiến lược - yêu cầu về lựa chọn địa điểm chi nhánh để phát triển mạng lưới chi nhánh của ngân hàng
- Tiến hành khảo sát và làm báo cáo liên quan tới đánh giá hiệu quả kinh doanh của các chi nhánh/khu vực được giao
- Phân tích báo cáo và đưa ra các đề nghị về tái cơ cấu chi nhánh (nếu cần thiết) để tăng hiệu quả kinh doanh cho phù hợp
- Nghiên cứu đặc điểm cư dân của khu vực và tìm kiếm địa điểm mới
- Làm việc với nhà thầu/phòng mua sắm và các đơn vị liên quan để thành lập chi nhánh mới.

Requirements
- Ít nhất 7 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc tại lĩnh vực ngân hàng
- Am hiểu hoạt động tại các chi nhánh: Phân tích về địa điểm, về con người, đặc tính, thói quen của từng khu vực được phân công
- Thế mạnh về phân tích tài chính, xây dựng mô hình bán và đánh giá thị trường
- Thành thạo tiếng Anh
- Có thể đi công tác
