RESPONSIBILITIES
- As member of the Transaction Banking team, to participate and support Head of Transaction Banking / Head of Corporate Banking and business heads to achieve their strategic and tactical objectives.
- Install and implement Transaction Banking system within agree deadlines with minimum customisation.
- Develop the Digital strategy for Corporate Bank starting with the by TB system
- Support the heads of various TB teams including sales, product and operations to meet their team strategies and annual targets.
- Ensure the TB system is properly installed and upgraded to remain an advanced customer centric service in Vietnam.
- Support and enable TB Sales / TB Products to launch new TB products and product variations using the TB system.
- Sign agreements, contracts, confirmations related to TB systems contracts
- Support and recommend policy & policy changes related to TB System and processes
- Agree on targets for the TBBS team and achieve result. Evaluate business results compared with target or Budget on monthly / quarterly / or any other suitable period and take ownership for implementing related instructions by superior.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in economics/ finance, banking or business administration.
- Technical qualification in programming, software applications, computer languages
- Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise
- Expert knowledge of advanced IT system use and installation
- Familiar with Digital technology and its use for customer applications – e.g., API, H2H connectivity.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English to deal with foreign vendors and FDI customers.
- Knowledge of management practices and organization cultures
- Familiar with computer applications including MS OFFICE -Word, Excel, Power point and Smartphone apps.
- Relevant Experiences
- Over 15 years of experience in implementing and managing Systems projects especially Business Systems
- which at least 10 Years in project / systems management roles in large commercial banks
- Familiar with banking products and banking systems
- Has managed a project in Digital banking / Transaction Banking in past 3 years
- Experience with domestic banks similar to ACB especially in Asia
- At least 5yrs experience using modern technology platforms.
