RESPONSIBILITIES
- Propose amendments to the policies, regulations, procedures, and guidances related to the management of the Assets & Liabilities and Equity in a timely, appropriate and effective manner.
- Develop and control accounting models to achieve optimal performance of the Balance Sheet (profit objectives, equity and ratios, financial security)
- Regulate and supervise the implementation of plans and requirements
- Daily monitor and analyze financial safety ratios
- Participate in the formulation of policies and regulations on transfer of internal capital
- Take initiative in analyzing, commenting on the changes in the balance sheet
- Daily update on the macro-economic situation, competitors and recommendations

Requirements
1. Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree or above majoring in Finance/ Banking or related fields.
- Language: English - intermediate
2. Experience
- Have experience in the field of Asset & Liability Management (ALM)/ Capital Management.
- Good knowledge of Business Units and products in the Bank; Basel II is preferable.
3. Skills:
- Logical thinking skills, good analytical and communication skills
- Effective planning and implementation skills
- Human resource management, training and development
