RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure to meet the recruitment requirement of the company

- Establish and manage all function of recruitment including branding employers, creating sources, recruiting, guiding integration
- Create and manage the data system of the company
- Create recruitment strategies including optimizing job posting, developing recruitment channels, and planning recruitment campaigns
- Specify and orient the talented employees for the company’s recruitment needs (including internal and external)
- Create and provide the recruitment’s tools and guideline to direct management team
- Develop the relationships with the third parties for source recruitment.
- Create talent development program such as management trainee, internship programs
- Plan the unit’s activities in accordance with the organization short-term and long-term plan
- Manage the human resources and provide the service regularly
- Organize, manage and provide recruitment service to meet the company organization standard
- Develop and manage the budget of the organization
- Develop regulations, processes, and guidelines within the scope of functions
- Ensure the activities in accordance with the company policies, regulations, and procedures
- Perform other related jobs as required by the Director

Requirements

- At least 6 years of experience in human resource management
- Bachelor's degree or above in economy, human resource management, or related sectors
- Understand the organization's structure, core values, mission statement/ vision, products/ services,...
- Proficient in English
- Understand recruitment methods basing on the advanced methods in the world, working process, interviewing and assessment methods.
- Ability to build the new regulation/ processes
- Master the provisions of the Labor Law
- Have strong interviewing, searching, evaluating, planning, managing, and decision-making skills
- Have a spirit of customer service, high sense of responsibility
- Ability in leadership and human development
