- Prepare, deploy, organize, operate & develop new production projects;
- Control the instructions documents, operation of equipment guide documents, inspection guide; technical drawings and documents; technical requirements of customers;
- Manage the maintenance of machinery and equipment, the list of spare supplies; the installation of new equipment for production; records management of machinery and equipment
- Managing technical personnel to meet the requirements of the job;
- Support production to improve the efficiency of productivity and quality management by investing in high-performance and good-quality equipment;
- Prepare and implement activities to improve costs, improve product quality;

o GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Gender: Male; Age: over 35 years old;
- Nationality: Foreigners (Japanese nationality is an advantage);
- Ability to communicate in English (listening, speaking, exchanging emai), reading English for technical majors;
- Can work under high pressure, work independently, honestly, have a high sense of responsibility;
- Working in Phuc Yen City - Vinh Phuc Province (with daily shuttle bus following the Company's route from Hanoi)
o SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 3 years of experience working in the position of Technical Manager of a factory;
- Experience in preparing, deploying, organizing, operating & developing new production projects;
- Proficiently use one of specialized software: Solid word, Inventor, Cimatro; Auto card.
