+ Engage in regular market research work in Vietnam and summarize it into reports.
+ Analyze business opportunities comprehensively and propose suitable business plans covering financial and legal aspects
+ Maintain and develop channels to important stakeholders and authorities.
+ Works together with a Japanese Leader in Hanoi Office
+ Co-work with Business Development team in Japan HQ and other engineering center such as the one in India
+ Arrange business meetings for those team members mentioned above
+ Negotiates contract
+ Realize EPC and/or investment projects
+ Propose and develop new business based on our business line.

+ Have some years of experience working in similar position in the areas of construction industry or infrastructure investment, preferably with some successful achievements
+ Have high level coordination and negotiation skills to organize project among different stake holders
+ Have advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Power Point.
+ Fluent in both spoken and written English (Business Communication Level)
+ Have motivation to learn Japanese culture and business style and translate it into Vietnamese way to make it workable
+ Willing to learn and work under pressure to achieve target
+ Have strong will to solve environmental problems in Vietnam
+ Able to go to business trip throughout Vietnam
+ Have experience of bidding proposal especially in the area of ODA project funded by JICA/ADB/WB is highly evaluated
+ Prepare bidding submission forms in accordance with ITB
+ Have a comprehensive knowledge of FIDIC, bidding and contract period under JICA ODA loan
+ Have ability of preparing contract documentation and negotiation before signing
+ Ensure good process in bid related matters, bid clarifications etc.
