• Develop the targeted clients list in customer segmentation. Work with the branches to provide a trading investment solution and meet the customer requirement.
• Build and manage potential clients list in the sales process to optimize the success rate and reach the target.
• Combine with the branch in the whole country to develop the new potential customers.
• Be responsible for implementing the targets. Set the annual, quarterly, monthly, weekly goal and action plan.
• Work with the product development department and other departments to implement the strategy of attracting and serving customers.
• Deploy and coordinate cross-selling to sales areas and distribution channels to provide cash management services and trade finance services to corporate customers (including small, medium and large enterprises).
• Support the business units in policy communication, produce the suitable produce the market and customers. Consult and provide the solution to business units.
• Support branches to recruit, train, disseminate, guide and supervise sales FDI team at branch distribution channels.

• Graduated from University of Banking, Economics, and Finance and Business Administration blocks.
• Experience working in the commercial banking for at least 5 years
• Have knowledge of professional, International Payment products, Trade Finance.
• Have knowledge of credit, risks and risk reduction solutions;
• Experience in implementing sales nationwide.
• Ability to communicate, present, and negotiate and build customer relationships;
• Ability to set up & execute plans, train and lead groups, teamwork;
• Ability to listen, speak and write English is an advantage.
• Ability to work with FDI segment, import and export companies.
• Being able to successfully develop business plans in the FDI segment, import-export companies (preferably the candidates prove specifically through actual figures)
