RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Understand and explore Fintech areas to drive the implementation of innovative services across Vietnam region.
2. Develop growth strategy in Vietnam region by exploring Vietnam market trend, constructing business model and optimizing operation process.
3. Identify partnership opportunities, engage international and local Fintech vendors to adopt technical solutions for business innovation and growth in Vietnam.
4. Responsible for Vietnam project planning, coordinate people across different business units, supervising execution and production deployment to ensure product launch success.

Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of working experience preferably in financial vertical.
Experience of business development, startup environment and consulting is a plus.
Ability to work in a team environment and deal with people at all levels.
Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively.
Passions for developing new business and fostering partnerships in Vietnam market
Willingness to be dispatched in Vietnam
Verbal and oral fluency in English.
Experience of working in Vietnam is highly valued.
