• Develop and implement the strategy for Transaction Banking across the all customer segments of Corporate Bank – Large, medium and small corporates and for the designated products managed by transaction banking (TB)
• Lead, direct and support the heads of various TB teams including sales, business support, product and operations to meet their team strategies and annual targets.
• Ensure the TB system is properly installed and upgraded to remain an advanced customer centric service in Vietnam
• Guide TB Sales / TB Products to launch new TB products and product variations and selectively meet large Corporate customers to get them to use TB.
• Support and recommend policy & policy changes related to TB business, products and TB operation.

• Bachelor’s degree in economics/ finance, banking or business administration.
• Technical qualification in programming, software applications, computer languages
• Expert knowledge of Corporate Banking especially TB products
• Familiar with IT systems and technology and its use for customer applications – core banking, TB, etc
• Ability to communicate fluently in English to deal with foreign vendors and FDI customers
• Knowledge of management practices and organization cultures
• Over 15 Banking experience with extensive knowledge of banking products and services for Corporates
• Of which at least 10 Years in leading Transaction Banking or TB product teams
• Has launched a TB product and built a TB business
• Is presently working in a TB role
• At least 5yrs experience using modern TB systems
