• Be responsible for the whole production process in the factory
• Ensure all production goals are met in all areas according to plan and specifications: Quality, Time-schedule , Productivity, Cost
• Coordinate and deal with internal partner as functional managers, workshop manager to ensure healthy and achievable production plan and production execution
• Involve in production plan making process, anticipates problems and suggests corrective actions. Ensure any changes are implemented upon successful completion of trials and approvals
• Maintain an efficient production output of the whole factory
• Create and maintain a balanced work flow in all areas
• Involve in the performance management process
• Coach and set plans to manage and improve performance
• Give clear assignments and follow up
• Ensure the safety in work area by maintaining the awareness of labor force and controlled working environment. Adhere to all safe operating procedures

• Bachelor degree or higher in Automation, Mechanical, Electrics engineer or related major
• At least 10 year of experience in manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership with proven experience in the position as Production manager, manufacturing manager
• Good understanding of production process
• High sense of ownership and responsibility
• Excellent team work and communication skills
• Strong command of English using
• Good statistical skills
• Experience with rough marking and planning
• Practical experience with MS Office, ERP systems
