RESPONSIBILITIES
In order to improve the performance of the internal IT system as well as enhance technology application in the factory, the company is urgently looking for talented candidates for the Head of IT position.
The role will have the responsibilities include, but not limited to:
1. Be responsible for overall planning and construction of the IT system, implement advanced technology applications and maintain a sustainable information management system to promote the performance of the company
2. Set the annual goals and budget for the IT department. Manage the IT budget.
3. Manage all IT projects, conduct IT risk management and monitor the performance of the IT system
4. Optimize, sustain, update and integrate existing IT system such as internal information management systems (ERP, Financial Software, HR System, EMS)
5. Ensure the security, availability and stability of the IT system; ensure regular tasks performed with the system are all smooth and secured.
6. Manage the IT technical team of the company; participate in recruiting, training, coaching, evaluating and other relevant activities.

Requirements
Our ideal candidates are the ones who meet these requirements:
- Have a Bachelor's or higher degree in the field of IT or related fields
- Proficient in JAVA or C/C++ or PHP language, have more than 10 years with IT architect, ERP system and infrastructure design, implementation and management
- Have at least 5 years of manufacturing IT general management or equivalent experience
- Strong management ability, able to cooperate with various departments to promote the in-depth application of informatization
- Have good communication skills and have the teamwork spirit
