RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research and identify market trends and provide market & competitor analysis to optimize business strategies for payment intermediary business (Payment Gateway) in Vietnam.
- Identify new leads and potential new markets and generate the opportunities of payment intermediary business of Vietnam.
- Create, implement and manage the business development and sales plan accordingly.
- Provide market insight advice and support firm-wide: research, assistance with proposals and presentations, assembling the best team.
- Represent company at conferences and industry events and exhibitions.

Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Economics, Marketing, Banking or Business Administration, Business Management
- Preferred candidate should have experience in finance, banking, e-commerce field and good understanding about banking services in related to card payments/operations/processing or fintech.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience (ideally in e-commerce, e-payment or mobile banking)
- Fluency in written and spoken English required
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Customer service oriented and organized.
- Must have a natural ability to engage in business relationships with individuals and groups and a desire to improve these talents.
- Be an energetic, effective, self-starter with strong verbal and written communication skills who is able to excel in an international sales environment.
