JOB PURPOSE
The Corporate Key Account Manager is accountable for sales profitable achievement within assigned territories. He/she understands market insights and competitor landscape within the assigned territories and will focus on client-centric experience, able to identify key partners and build long-term partnership with key independent retailers. He/she must be able to lead and standardize seamless customer service, PO fulfillment, as well as, rollout VM and marketing initiatives to support the IR customers. He/she must be able to manage his/her own travel plans and ensures he/she stays within approved budgets. He/she must be able to do and comply basic standard reports and track KPIs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Management & IR Relationships
Must be able to drive Independent Retailer partnership and sales.
Develop and manage action plans that will address target deficits.
Able to understand assigned market/territories, competitor landscape and provide insight on best strategy for the Affiliate
Provide seamless customer service and PO fulfillment to the IR partners
Ensure proper management of stocks in strong partnership with Corporate Retail Operations Manager
Recommend new product needs, VM and promotional strategies for the Independent Retailers to drive sales within their territories
Compile sales statistics for analysis based on agreed cut-offs and timelines.
Inventory Management
Work with Corporate Retail Operations Manager on continuous monitoring of stock levels, product assortment/ mix to correct inventory level fit for the Independent Retailers
Provide recommendations regarding inventory management
Provide right assortment for the IR partner

Education
University Degree, preferably in Retail Marketing
Work Experience
Experienced in managing a retail operations, preferably in the retail industry
Excellent leadership skills in managing staff
Experienced in Store building/ setting up.
Business Finance understanding is also preferred
Strong background in retail and/or brand management preferably in the cosmetics industry,
Retail selling experience with solid understanding of retail operations management,
Build/retail store construction management, real estate and expansion plans.
Required Background Characteristics
Strong networking and influencing skill in driving sales within the assigned territories;
Strong background in retail sales, preferably in the cosmetics industry, retail selling experience with solid understanding of laying out cohesive and clearly articulated strategy to drive brands in assigned market, territories – Tier 2-3 areas.
Strong communication skills, to both internal and external stakeholders.
