RESPONSIBILITIES
• Combine the Group's business objectives and production practices to provide decision-making layers with recommendations and plans for production and material planning.
• Responsible for coordinating PMC work, compiling and optimizing its management system, and formulating and sorting out the department's process system;
• Participate in contract review, analyze the company's overall capacity load according to sales forecast and customer demand, coordinate the production scheduling management of the group, reasonably set the annual/quarterly/monthly/production plan objectives, and lead the decomposition and explanation.
• Review the production schedule (including the outbound plan), conduct timely production statistics analysis, check and master the overall production progress, propose improvements and solutions to the abnormalities in the production process, and ensure the completion of the shipping plan.
• Review and adjust the production materials procurement plan of each company and department of the group company
• Supervise the procurement progress of production materials, monitor the rationality of material storage schedule, ensure the rationality of material inventory turnover rate; reasonably formulate storage plan and control the generation of inventory (waste) materials;
• Complete other matters assigned by the superior.

Requirements
• Bachelor degree or above;
• proficient in ERP, with ERP (Gold Disc) landing and implementation experience
• 10 years of experience in PMC of large-scale factories, 5 years of experience in PMC management,
• Familiar with production process, plan management, material management and control, etc., have strong control over planning, material control and warehousing, and shipment management. Overseas experience is preferred;
• Excellent capacity planning, analysis, coordination and communication skills, good resistance to stress, positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility;
• Proficiency in Chinese, good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, while understanding Vietnamese is preferred;
