JOB PURPOSE
- Develop and implement the marketing strategy of the company for the next 5 years.
- Evaluate possible future scenarios and adopt the correct marketing decisions that permits the growth of products in the medium/long term and the best sales results
Main Accountabilities
- Design and adaptation of global/regional marketing strategy to local market.
- Support Product Managers to develop and implement marketing plan for their assigned products over the next 5 years.
- Support Product Managers for adaptation, development and presentation of promotional material at kick-off meetings and training of Medical Reps
- Tracking of products, market and competition. Sales analysis. Adoption of corrective actions. Evaluation of new market and business opportunities.
- Maintain and develop active relationships with KOLs and scientific societies.
- Attendance to main scientific meetings.
- Management of overall A&P budget
- Budgeting future sales, measure of new competitors launch in the market, recommend optimal promotional mix
- Forecasting orders of products

Direct Reports: Product Manager, Product Specialist, Sales and Marketing Assistant

Qualifications/ Skills:
- Pharmacist or Medical Doctor Degree
- Business Degree (Marketing or Sciences), MBA Preferred
- Fluent in English
- Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical industry, prescription products, markets and Therapeutic Areas
- Project management
- Minimum three years as Marketing Manager for ethical products in pharmaceutical MNCs
- Experience in female healthcare, GI, urology, alimentary canal, Nephrology, gastroenterology, hepatology, pancreas, Immunology, or oncology
