RESPONSIBILITIES
Navigos Search’s Client is the well-known established interconnector manufacturer headquartered in the USA. The company is urgently in need of an Operation Manager who will perform the following tasks, but not limited to:
Report to: General Director
Working location: Hanoi, Vietnam
• Supervise: Assembly, Molding, Production Control, Stamping, Plating, Warehouse
• Contact: Employees, vendors, sub-contractors, Industrial Parks, government authorities, oversea plants
• Primary Purpose: Responsible for setting management direction for Operation. Assist Plant Manager to ensure Plant operation meets goals, quality and operational requirements.
• Duties:
1/ Manufacturing:
* Oversee financial control, plans and programs to ensure optimum utilization of available equipment, spaces, facilities and labor force to achieve plant goals and objectives.
* Develop resources and increase revenue in line with plant goals and strategy.
* Critically monitor and drive operating for results.
2/ Product Quality:
* Assure that desired level of product quality.
* Ensure achievement of Quality goals as set by regional and plant i.e. QAP, PPM, QN, scraps etc.
* In charge of vendors and customer audits.
3/ Be accountable for human resource of Operation in term of
* Recruitment, retention, dismissal
* Welfare and discipline
* Training and career advancement
* Job arrangement within the operation
* Review RR&E and Performance Appraisal
4/ Be accountable for the compliance of Operation to rules, procedures and requirement in term of
* 6S
* Operation Excellence
* Environmental Health Safety
* RBA & Social Responsibility
* Protection of company assets
5/ System control
* Be SAP/ITS ITC leader in terms of master data setting and daily operation control.
* Be FMEA Site lead team member

Requirements
• Education: University graduated (Degree in Engineering, Economic, and Business Administration)
• Experience: Minimum 15 years in manufacturing company, preferable Electronics, or Supply Chain Management
• Knowledge of local Labor law
• Proficiency in English and Japanese all skills
• Understanding in details of Manufacturing
• Problem solving skill, Lean Six sigma
• 7 QC tools acknowledgement
• Organization behavior
• Lead courageously and provide direction
• Motivate and drive for results
• SAP, FMEA, ITS implementation
