- Develop & implement policies, regulations, processes related to planning systems
- Demand planning, supply planning, scheduling inventory, production, sales planning
- Conduct performance review/appraisal for staffs
- Responsible for coordination with Marketing, Sales and Production to ensure that the currency of the plan
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
- Prepare monthly reports for management.

• At least 5 years experience in manager level. Logistics knowledge is a plus
• Experience in FMCG industry is preferable
• Excellent ability to communicate clearly, effectively and with enthusiasm (verbal communication skills) in English and Vietnamese is required
• Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
• Ability to work with other departments, understand their processes and their constraints
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize those tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate staff effectively
