I am currently an associate consultant with a focus on the education and healthcare sectors. These are very important industries that require a specific set of recruitment skills, among which delicate and effective communication is the key to success. This is also my personal advantage. My strong background in marketing has helped sharpen my communication and negotiation skills and will definitely contribute to my future placements. - Set up overall roadmap for establishing healthcare investment project on either its current land or by acquiring the existing healthcare businesses: identify conditions to meet and process to follow in order to obtain adequate permit and licenses.
- Set up the healthcare development & management team and follow up the development works such as design, approval, recruit, procurement, monitoring construction and so on
- Get all relevant approvals from authorities and set up the operation plan
- Manage & Operate healthcare facilities

Education and Specialization:
• At least, Bachelor degree in Business administration or similar.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (licensing process, or hospital operation, FS preparation); over 10-year experience preferable.
• Has abundant connections in the field.
• Knows how to assess needs, advise and support.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
Language: Fluency in both oral and written (English), being able to speak Korean is an advantage
Computer: MS-Project, Powerpoint, Word, and Excel. High-level skill to make report preferable.
