RESPONSIBILITIES

- Set up overall roadmap for establishing healthcare investment project on either its current land or by acquiring the existing healthcare businesses: identify conditions to meet and process to follow in order to obtain adequate permit and licenses.
- Set up the healthcare development & management team and follow up the development works such as design, approval, recruit, procurement, monitoring construction and so on
- Get all relevant approvals from authorities and set up the operation plan
- Manage & Operate healthcare facilities

Requirements

Education and Specialization:
• At least, Bachelor degree in Business administration or similar.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (licensing process, or hospital operation, FS preparation); over 10-year experience preferable.
• Has abundant connections in the field.
• Knows how to assess needs, advise and support.
• Strong communication and organization skills.

Language: Fluency in both oral and written (English), being able to speak Korean is an advantage

Computer: MS-Project, Powerpoint, Word, and Excel. High-level skill to make report preferable.

Personal capabilities:
• Being honest, meticulous.
• Hard-working, Activeness.
• Having good health.
• Have self-control (stress, anxiety, pressure, anger, etc.).
