1. Human Resources:
- Update and control the organization chart of each region
- Develop, control staffing and review personnel optimization plan
- Organize the assessment of talent pool/ manpower source
- Set up & control human resources budget to comply with business and cost-effective staffing plan
- Propose and adjust salary package, nomination and transferring plan
2. Training segment:
- Control the implementation of company’s regulations and training instructions. Regularly inspect and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of each Business Unit
- Develop training plan and manage annual training budget as well as control the implementation of each business in each region
- Manage and update training data on system of each region

- At least 5 years of experience in HRM or Training Manager position of medium-to-large companies with 1000 employees.
- Preferable from 35-40 years old
- Work experience in managing chain of Big Group/ Large Corp is preferable
- Ability to use English and have good communication skills
- Flexible and be able to go on business trips
- Can-do attitude/Progressive working spirit and good adaptability skill
