Purpose of the Job
Lead and manages all sales operations and oversees activities of the sales team. The key objective is to grow incremental and new sales for the business while simultaneously reducing customer turnover. Build and manages all aspects of a sales department inclusive of leading management, account management, business analytics, and channel development. Work closely with the following departments; Customer Support, Finance, Marketing, and other sales teams for the purpose of ensuring the delivery of first-class delivery experience.
Function
• Together with the BUs and Country Manager, define where it makes sense to have direct sales by business area or by geography.
• Build creative sales strategy that are focused on consumer satisfaction and revenue generation for new business unites and sales channels, especially in Milling Solutions, Grain quality & supply, Value nutrition.
• Conduct research and performing analyses on the performance of the sales department ensuring prompt delivery and accuracy of daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to senior management
• Management of multinational key customers
• Represent the business beyond the sales department: tradeshows, sales workshops, sales semi-nars, and events
• Build and further develop customer network in Vietnam
• Manage sales pipeline, budget and forecast monthly sales;
• Identify and develop new market opportunities for the business: knowledge of consumer, competi-tor, and market trends …
• Analyse market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness.
• Train and coach sales team members, set target and evaluate their performance.

- Bachelor Degree in Business with technical background
- English level: Business (written & verbal)
- At least 5 years of experience managing B2B sales
- Sales management experience for industrial machinery will be a plus.
- Technical background in the grain- or flour equipment or technical food processing field or related field is a strong plus .
