RESPONSIBILITIES
Achieves assigned sales quota in designated accounts, and strategic customer objectives defined by company
Maintain relationships with existing customers. Make quotation and business proposal for all kinds of 3PL/4PL service
Identifying potential customers and developing new customers in Vietnam and or Southeast Region. Developing new clients (non-Samsung clients).
Following-up on payments from customers.
Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an on-going basis, leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs
Prepare Account Action Plans, and forecasts to communicate key account details and drive business results

Requirements
(a) EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor degree.
(b) EXPERIENCE:
At least 9 years of experience in the logistics sales or 3PL/4PL business development or some years in
consulting firms.
(c) SKILLS:
High motivation to achieve results & targets.
High proficiency in spoken and written English
Deep understanding about Logistics (ocean, forwarding ...) Ambition, Leadership, inspiration
Excellent Presentation, Problem solving and Negotiation skills.
Proficiency in computer, MS. Office, Capability to use Microsoft PowerPoint
Consulting experience (Preferred)
Analysis of logistics cost and profit by oneself.
Ability to work under high pressure, work overtime and travelling (10-50%)
