• Make strategies and deploy all legal activities in Corporation
• Support other departments on legal tasks and give best solutions. Reduce risks and enhance safety and efficiency in company's operation
• Make contracts, and legal documents
• Support or participate in legal proceedings, solve legal conflicts and give legal support for debt settlement on all system and other tasks
• Ensure that all activities in Company is in line with policies
• Update latest regulations and database continuously
• Analyze latest regulations and give employees' guidelines
• Make plan and build up materials of training, guidelines for legal compliance in relation to financial operation in the whole system.
• Keep good relationship with state authorities and relevant organizations
• Accomplish other tasks assigned by superiors

• Male/Female 35-40 years old
• Academic level: Bachelor in Law
• Experience: 10 years of working in Legal field and 05 years of managerial level in large companies especially in M&A and real estate, etc.
• Presentation, communication, planning, management, HR skills
• Good at English and computer skills
• Honesty, consistency
• Knowledge of economy/finance and regulations as well
• Ability to work under pressure
