* Run team of 250 members, report to Global CEO
* Manage double-digit million USD annual P&L
* Achieve 4x growth target by 2025
* Leverage data analytics to enhance quality, student satisfaction, engagement, brand reputation
* Develop cutting-edge AI, big data, video streaming solutions to enhance product quality
* Transfer best practices to other markets
* Support Group CEO in working with board, shareholders and new investors, including international Private Equity and Venture Capital funds

Requirements
The Ideal Candidate Should Have:
* Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, Business or relevant fields
* Working experience with online digital B2C products
* Track records of managing team at least 100 members
* Track records of managing revenue at least $5M/year
* Fluent communication in Vietnamese and English
