* Run marketing team of 40 members, assist CEO in running the full team of 500 members
* Drive double digit million USD annual revenues
* Achieve 3x growth target by 2025
* Maintain and optimize marketing expenses and customer acquisition costs
* Leverage data analytics to optimize marketing and branding strategies and campaigns
* Build and execute an ecosystem marketing strategy by integrating channels and assets as well as across Group’s products
* Transfer best practices to the group’s other products

The Ideal Candidate Should Have:
* Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, Business or relevant fields
* Working experience with online digital B2C products
* Track records of managing team at least 20 members, in organizations of at least 100 members
* Track records of managing revenue at least $5M/year
* Fluent communication in Vietnamese and English
