RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead team of 20 marketers to drive several million USD assigned revenues
* Assist CMO in running the full team of 40 marketers, to maintain position among top 3 English providers for adults in Vietnam
* Contribute to achieving 3x growth target by 2025
* Maintain and optimize marketing expenses and customer acquisition costs
* Leverage data analytics to optimize marketing and branding strategies and campaigns
* Build and execute an ecosystem marketing strategy by integrating channels and assets as well as across Group’s products
* Transfer best practices to the group’s other products

Requirements
The Ideal Candidate Should Have:
* Bachelor or Master Degree in relevant fields
* Working experience with online digital B2C products
* Track records of managing team at least 5 members
* Track records of managing revenue at least $5M/year
