RESPONSIBILITIES
● Run marketing team of 40 members, assist CEO in running the full team of 500 members and 2000+ native teachers from US, Europe, Australia
● Drive double digit million USD annual revenues, top 3 among all English providers for adults in Vietnam
● Achieve 3x growth target by 2025
● Maintain and optimize marketing expenses and customer acquisition costs
● Leverage data analytics to optimize marketing and branding strategies and campaigns
● Build and execute an ecosystem marketing strategy by integrating channels and assets within group.
● Transfer best practices to the group’s other products, including English for kids and online education in other countries

Requirements
The Ideal Candidate Should Have:
● Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, Business or relevant fields
● Working experience with online digital B2C products
● Track records of managing team at least 100 members
● Track records of managing revenue at least $5M/year
● Fluent communication in Vietnamese and English
