- Make sure enough employees for production division (recruitment for factory only)
- Design, or manage the design of C&B programs, including salary structure, short-term & long-term incentives, new benefits, etc for all staff levels to ensure internal fairness and external competitiveness
- Updating and maintaining the labor regulations, discipline at works.
- To ensure the fair treatment of employees and advice on how to effectively deal with employees, especially in difficult situations.
- Closely working with Trade Union to build the relationship and to coordinate with them solve all discipline of factory
- Providing guidance regarding laws regulations update, policies, procedures to employees relations matters

- Have relevant experience as manager level.
- English language skill (Business level)
- Have working experience in global companies and manufacturing is a plus.
- Proficiency in using Word, Excel, Power point.
- Good communication and presentation, active, adaptable.
