- Tổ chức bộ máy, điều hành hoạt động kinh doanh
- Kiểm soát và đảm bảo hiệu quả kinh doanh (doanh thu, chi phí, lợi nhuận, tồn kho,..)
- Định hướng và xây dựng phương án kinh doanh cho các dự án kinh doanh mới
- Nghiên cứu đối thủ cạnh tranh và điều chỉnh phù hợp

Requirements
Yêu cầu:
- Tốt nghiệp các trường Đại học trở lên chuyên ngành Quản trị kinh doanh, thương mại, kinh tế. Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm vị trí tương đương ngành F&B
- Tiếng Anh: Thành thạo 4 kỹ năng
- Có tầm nhìn chiến lược
- Có kỹ năng hoạch định, lập kế hoạch và điều hành tốt
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp và thuyết trình, thuyết phục tốt
- Kỹ năng quản lý con người và xây dựng đội nhóm
- Am hiểu hệ thống/thị trường F&B
- Nhanh nhẹn, linh hoạt, nhạy bén, quyết đoán, uy tín và cam kết
