RESPONSIBILITIES
- Xây dựng chiến lược phát triển và kế hoạch kinh doanh dài hạn, ngắn hạn của các thương hiệu/đơn vị kinh doanh của Group.
- Điều hành, quản lý các hoạt động kinh doanh của các thương hiệu/đơn vị theo phạm vi quản lý đảm bảo thực hiện được các mục tiêu/kế hoạch được giao
- Xây dựng hệ thống chính sách, công cụ kiểm soát, đánh giá và đảm bảo vận hành
- Nghiên cứu, phân tích thị trường và có giải pháp điều chỉnh phù hợp
- Xây dựng các phương án kinh doanh/phương án tài chính cho các dự án đầu tư lớn của Group
- Tham mưu cho TGĐ hoạt động kinh doanh Group

Requirements

- Cam kết, quyết đoán, nhẹn bén và linh hoạt
- Giao tiếp tốt
