I am currently an associate consultant at Navigos Search, where I advise clients in the industrial and manufacturing sectors to help them find suitable candidates for senior job positions. Before this, I had already had two and a half years of experience in recruitment at other agencies.

RESPONSIBILITIES
What will you be doing
• Verify and monitor all production flow are correct.
• Monitor Yields and alert on regular basis.
• Leading process improvements in EMS site
• Focal point for technical, engineering related to SE product to the EMS team.
• Implementation and Verification of engineering change at the production site with cooperation with different department in SE.
• Expert in SE products and problem solver focal point to EMS team.

Requirements
Mandatory:
• Former experience as process engineer in EMS
• Academic degree in Mechanical\Industrial\Electrical engineering.
• 3-5 Years of experience in multidisciplinary company.
• Experience in engineering process and Mass production.
• Creative, “Out Of Box” thinking, Multi-tasking. Self-motivated, self-maintained and able to take the initiative to solve problems.
• “Team player”- know how to work in a group.
• High skills in English, speaking and writing
Advance:
• Experience in Agile
Experience. In Machinery and automation experience.
