• Delivering a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations of south east Asia area within timeframe
• Study & analyze each subsidiaries' taxable transactions to provide excellent planning, consulting and expertise
• Providing tax planning and reviewing various tax returns
Roles & Responsibilities
• Be the first and main contact for HQ, RHQ, Subsidiaries on all tax matters.
• Liaise with outside tax consultants, tax officials and establish and maintain relationship with tax office in Asia region
•Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within timeframe
• Administering tax audits and reporting to management the tax risk and issues that may arise in tax dealings
• Check and diagnoses tax compliance of all subsidiaries periodically to prevent from significant tax issue risk
• Organizing quarterly and annual income tax provisions and Documenting process for R&D
• Record keeping of income tax filings and Reconciling income tax accounts
• Stay updated of international Tax laws, and Build relationships & interact with subsidiaries to provide excellent planning, consulting and mitigation of tax risks

• BA in Finance, Accounting, economics or MA in Taxation
• Minimum 15 years experience in finance
• Proven work experience as a tax manager
• Adapt at using various auditing and accounting applications
• Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance and all types of tax returns
• Good problem solving & negotiation skill
• Exceptional client service along with the ability to develop excellent client relationships
• Strong leadership and personnel management skills
• Analytical skills with detail orientation
