JOB PURPOSE
The objective of this role is to attract new customers to our eCommerce app, drive participation & retention for existing customers in buying online, and create loyalty and a positive customer experience with the online ordering platform
KEY RESPONSIBILTIES
• Running campaigns to acquire and engage customers on the eCommerce app/site
• Building & using customer segments and target groups to advise DTMM on marketing mix
• Running campaigns on digital & social platform to engage with customers on topics such as brand love, app education, tips & tricks to build positive experience for the platform
• Manage full CRM funnel with existing customer from in-app, 121 marketing & social/digital platform
• Execute acquisition campaigns for search, digital and outbound Marketing and Direct messaging campaigns like SMS, FB messenger, Zalo etc…

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS
1. Understanding of and experience with CRM and Direct marketing (Software: Webengage)
2. Building & using customer segments
3. Creating customer journeys
4. Understanding of and experience creating
o Marketing strategy
o Marketing copywriting
o Marketing analytics
o Marketing attribution
Best Fit: Minimum of Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Media or Brand Marketing
GENERAL SKILLS
1. Project Management
2. Strong interpersonal skills & ability to work & coordinate effectively with cross functional
teams.
3. Proactivity & high sense of ownership to independently lead the workstream
4. Strong artistic sense is a plus
