RESPONSIBILITIES
Our Client – an European famous intimate manufacturer with more than 100 years of history – is expanding their business in the North of Vietnam and looking for a key person to manage the execution of the Supply Chain Sustainability initiative for the company’s Asia/Pacific businesses for various brands of the Company. The key roles of the position are as below:
• Liaise between third party auditors, Social Compliance staff, Asia/Pacific business managers, third party licensees and/or the appropriate factory contacts to clarify and solve social compliance and Supply Chain Sustainability issues.
• Enhance risk management practices by supporting supplier engagement in supply chain sustainability training, addressing working conditions, business ethics and safety.
• Generate innovative ideas to improve processes within the supply chain sustainability team.

Requirements
Requirement
- University degree required
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, and good public speaking
- Good Knowledge of China and Asian countries’ labor law would be preferred
- Excellent organizational and communicational skills
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well with people that are not physically located in the same office.
- Mature, with a strong sense of independence and good judgment
- Must be able to travel internationally when required
