Based in Hanoi, Vietnam and reporting to the General Manager (Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Thailand, Myanmar) • Drive the Business Development for the consultancy service primarily in Vietnam, while maintaining an opportunistic outlook towards Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar • Harness own client base to expand the business of Company in the region • Develop professionally close interaction with the clients to establish Company as a Top-of-Mind consultant that can provide creative solutions to the issues of the clients • Elevate the interaction with selected clients to establish Key Account Managers status with these selected client • Establish the contractual requirements to formalize the secured projects • Transition the newly secured project to the design team to ensure that the intention of the clients translate into the design. • Establish long term working and synergistic relationship with associate consultants to support the Company design team • Formulate strategies to meet the Business Development KPI’s • Nurture long term relationships with the clients in the Real Estate industry and Local Authorities to enhance the Company as a reliable brand.

   Recognised degree
   Have an existing contact base that can be reached out to from Day 1 to expand the business of Company • Minimum 10 Years of relevant experience in the real estate industry with keen understanding of the consultancy business • Good understanding of the Real Estate Industry and its related players • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Vietnamese • Confident personality and able to rapidly establish interpersonal connections • Pro-active nature, self starter and able to promote interdependency among the various teams • Strong emphasis on meeting deadlines • Committed to ensuring high standard contractual delivery • Expert at handling MS Office: MS Word, Excel, Power Point
