-Able to establish and drive HR programs and initatives supporting local business needs
-Acts as business partner, establishing close relationships with business heads
-Manages payroll processes, including compensation and bonus schemes
-Ensures compliance with labor law - contracts, HR regulations, payroll systems etc.
-Supports the organization and local teams to grow - consults on personal and organizational development topics and manages respective projects
-Manages recruitment projects, ensures to attract and retain talents for Vietnam
-Together with local Management and Group HR builds up a succession planning pipeline for Vietnam
-Able to implement HR activities and policies based on Group HR programs and standards

• At least 6-7 years total HR experience in an international environment, generalistic roles
