- Fully responsible for developing business development, meeting the modern trade channel's sales targets, promoting the product ranges, and managing the sales team (MT channel).
- Develop and execute the sales plan and budget for the modern trade channel.
- Ensure the KPIs are met for marketing and distribution execution in the modern trade.
- Key account negotiation.
- Cohesive relationships with customers, principals, and internal departments in executing programs and following policies and procedures.
- Monitor brand performance using sales, financial, and market data and recommend appropriate action.
- Ensure spending is in line with the budget.
- To effectively develop the capability of the team.
