RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a Senior Leasing Executive for a leading FDI corporation in industrial real estate in Vietnam. This position will oversee land acquisition to develop new sites for companies.
• Actively building network and maintaining strong relationship with government, landlords, real estate developers to acquire land for company
• Drive and implement development strategy by sourcing for new business deals in industrial real estate
• Participate in the appraisal, feasibility assessment, risk/return analysis of potential projects
• Conduct market research and gather data on the sales/ lease of industrial land and property to identity new business leads & potential projects
• Prepare investment papers for board approvals, prepare reports and presentations when required
• Coordinate the due diligence process with consultants, prepare summary and finding on due diligence report

Requirements
• Bachelor or master’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate or relevant field of study
• At least 8 years of relevant working experience. Experience in land plot acquisition for industrial park, warehouse or ready-built factory in Vietnam is preferable
• Have strong network with industrial real estate developers & government authorities
• Excellent communication and networking skill,
• Proactive and outgoing
• Fluent in English
• Experience in industrial real estate is an advantage
