As an expert in recruitment consultancy, I am specified in recruiting talents for Professional Services sectors including Real Estate, Hospitality, Entertainment, Outsourcing Services, Education and Clinic. Prior to Navigos Search, I was an experienced Human Resource Specialist with more than 6 years practicing talent acquisition – sourcing and interviewing suitable candidates for global garment manufacturers and real estate developers. My understanding of both HR practices and industry knowledge allows me to immensely appreciate the importance of manpower within an organization.
At Navigos Search, I am working relentlessly to seek for the right opportunities to match excellent candidates to suitable positions. RESPONSIBILITIES
* Thanh tra về việc tuân thủ quy trình, quy định, hướng dẫn, tiêu chuẩn
- Lên kế hoạch và thực hiện thanh tra, kiểm tra theo chuyên đề hoặc đột xuất tại các Ban quản lý
- Tổng hợp, phân tích thực trạng, kịp thời phát hiện sai phạm, dự báo rủi ro;
- Làm báo kết quả thanh tra sự vụ theo yêu cầu của Lãnh đạo; phân tích, tổng hợp tình huống để báo cáo chi tiết tới BLĐ
- Thông báo cho bộ phận liên quan để khắc phục lỗi hoặc báo cáo cấp quản lý cao hơn và đề xuất phương án giải quyết
* Kiểm soát ngân sách, hợp đồng, duyệt giá
- Kiểm soát việc kiểm tra toàn bộ các bộ chứng từ mua sắm, thanh toán để đảm bảo theo đúng quy trình quy định công ty đã ban hành
- Kiểm soát các chi phí phát sinh: Hồ sơ duyệt giá, hợp đồng, hồ sơ thanh toán.
- Kiểm soát các chi phí phát sinh.
- Kiểm tra việc thực hiện ngân sách của các phòng/ ban và báo cáo BLĐ Tập đoàn.
- Tham gia phối hợp công tác tổng kiểm kê tại công ty và các BQL: kiểm soát công việc tổng kiểm kê tại các cơ sở theo đúng quy trình, quy định.

Requirements
- Tốt nghiệp đại học trở lên chuyên ngành tài chính, kế toán, quản trị kinh doanh hoặc tương đương
- Có kinh nghiệm 5 năm trở lên ở vị trí tương đương, ưu tiên ứng viên đã có kinh nghiệm làm việc tại các Doanh nghiệp/Tập đoàn lớn.
- Có các kỹ năng phân tích, lãnh đạo và quản lý, kiểm tra kiểm soát
- Phẩm chất đạo đức tốt, có kỹ năng phối hợp và làm việc theo nhóm.
- Có khả năng chịu được áp lực công việc
- Có sức khỏe đảm bảo công tác tốt và mong muốn gắn bó xây dựng công ty lâu dài
- Trung thực, nhanh nhẹn, kín đáo, có trách nhiệm cao với công việc.
