As an expert in recruitment consultancy, I am specified in recruiting talents for Professional Services sectors including Real Estate, Hospitality, Entertainment, Outsourcing Services, Education and Clinic. Prior to Navigos Search, I was an experienced Human Resource Specialist with more than 6 years practicing talent acquisition – sourcing and interviewing suitable candidates for global garment manufacturers and real estate developers. My understanding of both HR practices and industry knowledge allows me to immensely appreciate the importance of manpower within an organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Tìm kiếm & phát triển đối tác:
- Kiếm soát tổng thể công việc của Nhóm giao dịch và phát triển quan hệ với đối tác.
- Tìm kiếm, đàm phán, ký kết hợp tác với các đối tác (ngân hàng, bảo hiểm, triển khai chương trình mua lại xe cũ, đối tác tính toán RV, ) nhằm xây dựng và triển khai các gói sản phẩm tài chính cho hãng xe tại các thị trường nước ngoài.
- Phối hợp với TGĐ các thị trường tổ chức triển khai vận hành các sản phẩm tài chính gồm tích hợp hệ thống công nghệ thông tin/công cụ hỗ trợ, quy trình phối hợp, đào tạo …
Tổ chức hệ thống cập nhật thông tin thị trường linh hoạt, cập nhật kịp thời, độc lập.
Thẩm định hiệu quả các chính sách kinh doanh, mô hình kinh doanh mới.
- Thẩm định đề xuất bộ phận chiến lược giá và chiến lược sản phẩm liên quan đến chính sách giá (giá xe kèm pin, không pin, phí thuê bao pin, giá option..) và tính toán Monthly payment các sản phẩm tài chính đối với các nhóm khách hàng (khách lẻ, B2B..) tại các thị trường mà hãng có hoạt động kinh doanh và giá bán cho các đối tác kinh doan

Requirements
- Người Việt/Việt kiều có ít nhất 10 năm trong ngành tài chính ngân hàng tại thị trường Mỹ và châu Âu.
- Kinh nghiệm về mảng tài chính cho vay/ thuê ô tô tại thị trường Mỹ và châu Âu sẽ là lợi thế.
