Navigos Search's client is No.1 shopping mall company and one of the hottest companies in Japan.
They are developing a lot of new businesses such as FinTech and mobile phone businesses. There are more than 70 services worldwide.
They are the company which was established in end of 2021, and the subsidiary of Card's Group, which is one of the biggest credit card company in Japan. Now, they start to hire first members.
This position will have responsibility to develop Web application, Web API and more for their Fintech services
 Development activities for Python application for our service
 Solution research and implementation applications
 Work to improve and enhance quality in automated testing, etc.
 Proposition various improvements for our service in your field
 Proposition new functions and services for our service
 Because of start-up phase, we expect to join as tech leader level in our team and becoming leader/manager in the future.

MUST-HAVE:
 At least 3+ years working in Python application development using Fast API
 Intermediate-level in English communication
 Good knowledge with source control
 Good experience with Agile development
 Good knowledge of databases and SQL
 Must be independent, responsible, and self-motivated with the ability to learn and achieve superior results
 Strong communication skills with proven ability to present complex ideas and document in a clear and concise way.

NICE-to-HAVE*
 Working experience as a Tech Lead and Team Leader
 Experience with building large, enterprise projects
 Experience in microservice, cloud computing
 Experience with unit testing
 Experience with React(Next.js)
 Experience using airflow

WORKING CONDITIONS
- Work hours: AM 8:00 to PM5:00
- Overtime: Sometimes (depend on the project)
- Working day: Monday to Friday
