1/ Job Description:
- Responsible for achieving sales target and growing sales revenue by expanding customer network;
- Manage sales;
- Develop and implement sales strategy;
- Sale and forecast with best price possible;
- Develop the market and expand customers network;
- Build up and maintain good relations with the customers;
- Coordinate with production and other department;
- Make sales forecast, budget;
- Assist in the hiring and training and directs, motivates, evaluates and rewards the sales teams to meet the Division’s objectives.
