Handling all accounts and daily transactions preparation of holding company financial reports on a monthly, half-yearly, and annual basis Budget exercise preparation for the upcoming year and the future
Examine the financial report and offer a variance analysis. accountable for ensuring that all statutory, VAT, CIT, and regulatory obligations of the entities are met, and stay up with the most recent accounting rules, treatments, best practices, and industry standards.
Responsibilities include managing cash flow, handling banking issues, and performing treasury duties.
Liaison with external consultants on internal/external audit, taxation, banking, company secretary, legal, internal control, and compliance concerns
Determine, look into, and evaluate potential operational improvement.
Check for compliance with corporate and group policies with regard to financial operations, internal control systems, and processes.
Make contracts and agreements and examine them.
Go over audit reports and the tax finalization report.
Ensure that you carry out all other tasks as directed.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Has Chief Accountant Certificate. CPA, ACCA (preferred)
Experience: having over 5 years' experience in accounting field in foreign companies.
Fluent in English and Vietnamese (Chinese is a plus)
Good computer skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
