Recruitment Consultant in Agriculture, Animal Health and Pharmaceuticals
Responsible for the growth of CHC's products, strategic Brand Plans to maximize across Vietnam and drive the growth of our product portfolio across channels. Will be the Consumers’ Healthcare business champion.
Design and staff the structure toward immediate growth.
Identifying strategic opportunities, understanding gap and ultimately providing insight on where future growth sits within existing CHC brands.
Development and execution of marketing plans to maximise the value of CHC portfolio and pipeline
Partner with Sales Departments and Business Development and ensure sales growth acceleration
Develop the Brand Strategic Marketing Plan incorporating annual business objectives & metrics, development of positioning & key messaging, identifying key information requirements for market research planning, ensuring up to date competitor intelligence, ensuring that strategies are reflective of current market conditions.
Ensure the Brand Strategic Marketing Plan is developed in close collaboration with the local market (detailed understanding of local issues, market dynamics and opportunities) and all HQ support functions.
Closely monitor sales trends and market conditions in order to manage issues or leverage on opportunities.
Develop training programs to drive brand adoption and effective selling.
Work closely with the Commercial team to execute the tactical plans.
Creation of promo campaigns, E-Commerce, consumer & customer awareness/PR & sales training materials to reinforce the brand and drive sales.

Extensive relevant experience in CHC/OTC marketing & sales management positions/functions. Preferably in the healthcare area.
Experience in CHC/OTC product management.
International marketing experience.
Knowledge and ability to develop and drive multi-faceted brand marketing plans.
Proven ability to manage and influence people both directly and indirectly (matrix organization).
Leadership experience and team management skills.
Experience managing complex projects at the project management level.
Strong financial acumen, with the ability to assess and drive results.
Successful project management experience with the ability to work across functional stakeholders.
